Dining from 5:30 pm. Open to the public.
The Inn at Weston offers a romantic, candlelit dining experience year round to house guests and the public alike. The dining room has an attached cozy pub with fireplace, fully stocked bar, and french doors which open onto a spacious deck and orchid-filled gazebo offering magnificent warm weather outdoor dining. The gazebo, mentioned as "the best table in Vermont" in a review by Vermont.com, has a single table for up to six people, and is frequently the site of special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. Live piano music is offered nightly, and requests from our dining guests are always welcomed!
The menu changes seasonally and is always based upon the availability of the freshest, and where possible, local ingedients. The Inn at Weston is a proud member of the Vermont Fresh Network.
Executive Chef Michael Kennedy and his culinary team prepare an unparalled Contemporary Regional Menu with such specialties as Grilled Boar Chops, Hempseed Encrusted Striped Bass, Sushi Maki Rolls with Fresh Ahi, Butter Poached East African Salt Prawns and, if you've saved roomChai Spiced Crème Brûlée for a finale, or perhaps Fresh Cherry Cobbler with Homemade Maple Ice Cream.
The experience at the Vermont Restaurant Bar is enhanced by the warmth of the festive red floral wallpaper and candlelight and a Wine List recognized by Wine Spectator with its "Award of Excellence". Our cozy restaurant and bar with fireplace beckons with an array of after dinner drinks and single malt scotches. A sumptuous breakfast is served to our house guests.
Chef Michael uses the highest quality ingredients attained locally and internationally to provide guests with an exquisite and memorable dining experience like none other. His training in nutrition, and belief in the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, ensure that all of
our dishes offer flavor and enjoyment without compromising nutritional integrity. Guests are surprised to learn that the rich and
flavorful meals contain very little butter, heavy cream, or added sweeteners.
In the face of increasing concerns over the quality of foods being produced today, our restaurant has made a commitment to using only products and methods of preparation that we can be sure bear no risk of food borne illness. HAACP certified products, and small production facilities are preferred to large, mass production food companies. We attempt to attain much of our ingredients from local New England
companies and farms to ensure sustainable community production for years to come.
The Inn at Weston it's not just dinner, it's an experience! Please join us!
